We are currently looking into a making a mortgage sourcing system available through the websites in conjunction with a market leading provider, we have negotiated substantial discounts which we will be passing on 100% to our users, in addition we have secured a 30 day free trial for all our users so you can try it out!! We need your feedback so that we can tailor the product to our users satisfaction so the more feedback the better-could you please take a few minutes to make comment on the following questions. Would you pay for a B2C sourcing application to plug into your site that would drive email leads straight back to you? Would you be happy to include direct only deals in the results? Would you want to show best buy tables with products by category e.g. “Top 5 fixed rates” or just have a short fact find and results? We look forward to your feedback Kind Regards Mark.

We would be interested in leads from such a source. Not interested in league tables as very misleading, eg a rate of 3.99% but limited to less than 65% LTV or with a huge entry cost. Clients do not read the small print and then thing they are badly done to when they can not have the low initial rate. A short factfind is a good idea but it must be comprehensive enough to gain sufficient info to make an initial contact with the client of value. Simply to phone to gain more info is a waste of time. No to direct deals. Why limit enquiries to mortgages? why not life, pension, investments etc.

Terry this would be a mortgage sourcing system leading to an enquiry-all IFA Portal sites already have dynamic enquiry forms on for Life, Pension and Investment-if you wish to plug-in such applications as webline for life quotes we can do this quite easily.<br><br>Many thanks for your feedback it is appreciated. <br><br>Mark.

We would potentially be interested, and would be happy to include direct deals. As for 'Top Deals' or a short fact find, I tend to agree with Terry Lambert's comments regarding clients and small print. However if the league table ponted out the shortcomings as mentioned and directed clients to use the short fact find this would hopefully enable them to drill down further. Obviously at the end of the day it comes down to the look & feel of the sourcing software and cost. Can you advise who you are potentially looking at for this as not all are as good as the others. Currently we use Network Data now Evaluate Technologies following the former's recent demise.... so stability of the provider is important.

Great feedback Roger-thanks-I can tell you that the provider is Moneyfacts who I am sure you are aware are highly respected and have been around a long time- we have seen the application and to be honest it looks really good-simple to use and effective- we will hopefully be rolling it out in the next few weeks so that you can give it a try for free !<br><br>Regards<br>Mark.
