2009 is history; the IFAs and mortgage brokers we're talking to are generally speaking, "glad to see the back of it".
We're already into our second full week of 2010 - markets have rallyed, the property market is showing continued signs of life, but no doubt 2010 will present challenges for many, not least those set by the FSA, two of which are TCF and RDR.
In 2010 IFA Portals' sole business objective is to deliver websites to new and existing clients that make their lives as intermediaries easier, more manageable and more profitable - at a price that makes them a sensible business decision rather than a risky one.
Following on from 2009, when we added new calculators, a TCF feedback form, Orbiter mortgage sourcing and new commission earning plugins, in 2010 we want to ensure not only that we pack even more value into the websites but that our clients are totally aware of the power they have at their finger tips. (Although doing nothing with your website is perfectly possible when you choose an IFAPortal website as we maintain the content, there are so many reasons why our clients should be using the tools at their disposal.)
Though Mark and I will no doubt spend many an hour discussing how we can bring more value to our website proposition, based on the discussion we will have with many of you at events, exhibitions or simply over the telephone, we thought we'd start the year by asking for your feedback requirements.
So, whether you are an IFAPortals client or with another IFA website provider, or you've done the bespoke thing, or you don't even have a website, we'd like you to tell us what companies like us should be doing for you in 2010.
