In the past 12 months, over 500,000 consumer requests for details of a local IFA were carried out on unbiased.co.uk’s searches with an average of up to 60,000 unique visitors a month (Webtrends). This traffic is generated in a number of ways including online advertising, on and offline media and the placement of white label versions of the search facility on partner sites. Member IFAs tell us that 77% of leads result in business being written (Consensus, 2006).
IFA’s can promote their web and email details further by subscribing to the Online Marketing Package. Amongst other benefits this enables consumers searching online to view IFA’s websites and contact them via email. We are a non-profit organisation and all funds generated from the Online Marketing Package go back into the campaign promoting Independent Financial Advice.
